”Such a cute B&B. We were welcomed with delicious cookies. We stayed in the Harbor Room. Bed was comfortable. We met the owners Elizabeth & Doug at breakfast which was delicious. They were very welcoming. I loved the Apple with everything bread, wish I could get the recipe (lol). Conveniently located, walking distance to restaurants, shops, & the water. Will definitely stay there again when we visit the area again.”

”We had at first not considered Middletown as the area we wanted to stay, but weren't able to find accommodation elsewhere. How wrong we were! This area and in particular, this hotel was perfect for what we needed after a full day in Newport. The second floor room had a balcony which was an added plus, the room itself was well designed with a sofa and desk, microwave and frig. The bathroom was a bit old and small, but no real complaints can be made. The free breakfast in the morning was great....
