”I would give zeros if possible. One star is the lowest rating possible so I had to go with that. We touched base with host the day before our reservation. We arrived at the property (complete with groceries) only to find out the property was NOT available due to a long term rental. We had the code to the door and were able to walk in on someone else’s stay. That was incredibly dangerous and disrespectful for all parties. I reached out to the host but he had someone else return my call. There...

”The host was communicative, and the home was clean upon arrival. Everything was well‑organized and exactly as described. My only suggestion for future guests would be to bring a softer pillow, as the ones provided are quite firm. Overall, it was a great stay!”

”Unfortunately there was black mold in the bathroom (in the air vent and the shower). The entire vent was sprinkled with it, which is directly next to the toilet. There was much less in the shower. My son, who is allergic to black mold, had to wear a mask every time he went in. He did not shower. We sent pictures at the owners request but did not get a response. The communication otherwise was fine. We will not be returning.”
