”Beautiful property. The first night the battery was out on the door lock. We went down three times and they gave us a new key card. On the fourth visit downstairs the nice gentleman at the front desk said that he would send a maintenance worker because the battery was dead. We sat in the hall waiting for 20 additional minutes waiting. The second day the toilet wasn’t flushing properly.”

”Absolutely loved staying here. It was the perfect holiday. Rated the staff 4 because I called to ask if I could do an early check in and the staff on the phone was nice and sweet and even agreed that I could and never mentioned a fee. When I got to the hotel, the staff there had an attitude and insisted I was gonna pay a fee for that even though it was only one hour away from the actual check-in time. Was really sad because I had a long drive and I just wanted to go in and relax!”

”Bathroom was disgusting and definitely hadn't been cleaned, mold was in a lot of the seams of the shower. The night before a huge event and one staff person was at the desk. She was doing an amazing job, but should have had someone else working as the line was long. 30 dollars a day for parking is ridiculous, especially being out of downtown. Breakfast wasn't great. We won't be staying again.”

”This is a perfect location if you are going to a baseball game. So easy to walk over to the field. It’s also a great location to get to other things in Atlanta. It is located in a good neighborhood that feels safe and clean.”

”Driving in a terrible storm we needed to get off of the road and chose to stay here mostly because of the on-site restaurant since we didn’t want to go out in the horrific rain. Had an amazing dinner in the lovely restaurant and then relaxed in the spacious and beautifully appointed suite. Lovely grounds and pool even though we didn’t use the pool. We would definitely stay there again!”

”Even though we were staying at the hotel, they charged us $10.00 to park because there was a home baseball game with the Braves that night. They said it was for event parking. The stadium was over 15 miles away. A total rip off Would drive further or stay at another brand, even though we are Hilton club members.”

”If going to Truist Park, this location is perfect. The walk is a little hilly but very doable and you avoid parking cost. The hotel is wonderful. Large room with a comfortable bed and plenty of space. We used the fridge for leftovers/drinks and it was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We enjoyed our stay!”

”We only stayed for one night, but the room was comfortable and was clean. Major complaint was the shower/tub was extremely slippery and did not have anything on the bottom to avoid slipping. This needs to be corrected before someone gets hurt. One of our guests fell but fortunately was not hurt - it could have been much worse. Ice machine was near our room, so we heard people getting ice st ungodly hours of the night. Beds were comfortable and frig was cold. All in all, a good stay.”
