”The resort is situated beach front and the view is beautiful. We were there during slow season so certain things weren't open or limited. The food was great! The Pool was wonderful. Service was a little slow but I think it was from lack of staff since it was slow season. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Our room was perfect our family of 5. 3 adults 2 children. Air conditioning worked great. There was trouble getting into our room when we arrived due to faulty key issues. The resort...

”I loved the beach view 😍 from my room named the maya. We did get a complimentary drink, but no breakfast. Didn't see much of the staff just front desk wasn't that friendly with us just normal. Need friendly outgoing staff”

”Don’t give it another thought- book your stay at The Banks! I promise you won’t regret it! Beautiful property with no detail spared- Our family of four stayed at The Banks at the end of May for 3 nights and we wished we could have extended our stay.
