”We stayed two nights at Colibri in February. The place is nicely designed, so that all the cabins have patios directly towards the sea. We had the second cabin counting from the beach, and the passing motorboats didn't disturb us at all, which might be the case with the last one. The bathrooms are nice and clean, and you get hot water. You have sun on the front patio till the mid afternoon and you can even have a swim from the last two cabins where the water is a bit deeper. Our pool light was not working and they offered to change our villa (which we were very confortable) and since we refused they borrowed the golf cart instead for the full stay. ”My wife and I stayed for 9 nights last week and couldn't believe how quiet, peaceful and lovely the place is! The beach was beautiful and private. The whole place is private! You are literally on a remote island that is off the grid! The only place to connect with the outside world is in the main clubhouse where there is satellite internet, which we didn't mind at all bc we were definitely trying to unplug. ”We had an ocean view room on the 2nd floor. The room was amazing, great air conditioning with lots of room. The staff was wonderful, the food was delicious, Samuel, our bartender at the Tiki Bar was an absolute joy! For only $5 we were able to have our laundry done for us, and the private boat was able to pick us up right at our own dock at the hotel. BUT, the Aqua Lounge across the water was a nightmare.
