PET FRIENDLY 1B/1B 2 blocks the Beach, near downtown Cocoa Beach

You will love this pet friendly cottage located two short blocks away from the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. The open floor plan features terrazzo flooring throughout for easy clean up after a long day at the beach! The living room has a futon and large flat screen TV. The bedroom has a king bed with large closet and bathroom has a tub/shower combo! We manage two units side by side, perfect for couples or small families that want to travel together but have their own space. Each unit is equipped to sleep two adults and one to two small children on the futon sleeper. PET FRIENDLY FOR ONE DOG UP TO 30 LBS.

Perfect location and home
We love this property and will book it again. King bed is very comfortable. It has everything we needed for our stay and we could walk to Mainly Lobster and 4th Street Fillin Station, our two favorite places. Very close to the beach. There needs to be directions added to the guestbook on the coffee table on how to work the TV. Volume would repeatedly go out. There seems to be no cable. Without a Google account or a Firestick you can’t watch anything. The pullout sofa bed is very uncomfortable. A queen blow up mattress could be added to the home to resolve that issue. Other than those two things, it’s a perfect house for two people. Very clean. Nice kitchen and bathroom. Perfect color scheme and not overly decorated. Quiet neighborhood.

Great little beach cottage right in Cocoa Beach
This cute little cottage was nice and clean, with everything I needed for my short stay. Very walkable to Cocoa Beach's restaurants, shops, bars, etc ... it was maybe 10-15 minutes from the center of downtown. And just 2-3 blocks from a quieter stretch of public beach. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Property was a great location, 5 minute walk to beach. Very clean, bright and airy. A glitch happened with the electricity and was taken care of as quickly as possible. Thank you for the space.

convenient, has the basics
Loved the location and the ease of having a code at the door instead of a key. Very bare bones, but not missing anything essential. Would not recommend 3 adults here - the bed is very comfortable but the futon is not (neither as a bed nor a couch). Our 6-yr-old daughter slept on a camping mattress we brought with us, and that worked just fine. For people with kids who are sensitive to noise when trying to sleep, this might not be the best location - loud live music at a bar/restaurant nearby. But an easy walk to the beach and to lots of restaurants. McNabb Park is close and nice for the evenings- we spotted a dolphin there!

Location is OK, Negative: not close enough to the beach in my opinion, was not that clean, always a weird smell in the appartment. found dead cockroach under the sink. no umbrella on the table in the backyard. No fan over the oven. shower very old and rusty. concrete floors always feel durty. No table to eat, only small counter. Positive: private parking, lots of equipement to go to the beach that was nice.
