Direct Oceanfront Next to Cocoa Beach Pier, Heated Pool

This direct oceanfront 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is conveniently located next to the renowned Cocoa Beach Pier and is perfect for guests. Situated near Cocoa Beach Downtown, Port Canaveral cruise terminals, Disney World, and the Space Center, it offers great beach access for a fun and safe experience. The condo accommodates up to six people and includes essentials like linens, towels, a full kitchen, free parking, super-fast 500Mbps Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer/dryer. You'll also find beach necessities like chairs, an umbrella, toys, and a cooler to start enjoying the sun, sand, and water right away.

After a day at the beach or Cocoa Beach Pier, relax at the heated communal pool with plenty of deck chairs. The condo features a fully equipped kitchen with all the cookware and tableware needed for home-cooked meals. The living room includes a dining set, a sofa that converts to a queen bed, and a smart TV. A large sliding door leads to a spacious patio adjacent to a community courtyard, beach access gate, and a short walk to the pool. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, smart TV, walk-in shower, closet, and ample storage. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, closet, and a dedicated workspace. A second bathroom with a walk-in shower is located just outside the second bedroom. Guests are welcome to use extra linens, blankets, towels, and kitchenware stored in closets and cabinets.

This was the perfect spot for our trip to Cocoa Beach. Steps from the beach and Pier. The condo was easy to find and had parking right outside the door. The condo was spacious, very clean and very well appointed. Mark is a top notch host and we would stay here again.

Great Stay to watch a rocket launch

We stayed here for 4 nights in March and had a very nice stay. Entry insturctions were very easy and home was clean and had everything we needed, including lots of beach stuff. Walk to the beach was short and we got to see the rocket launch very easily.

Great location

You cannot beat the location. Another reviewer mentioned that you could throw a ball from the back patio and hit the edge of the beach entrance. This is correct, you almost couldn't have closer to access to the beach. 1st floor rental, so because of dunes you can't see the water, but you can certainly hear the waves. Unit itself is minimal and could use a few updates in my opinion. Bring your own laundry soap and shower soap. King bed good, queen bed okay. We had some music noise from upstairs tenant on day 1 but for the remainder of the trip was quiet. Prime location for pier, groceries, restaurants, and a life guarded beach. Everything of importance worked well. Would be an ideal unit for 2 couples as it has 2 bathrooms and rooms are quite separated. Had a few questions for host and response was immediate. You are really paying for the location on this one. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Great stay on the beach

Just what the family needed after a week in Orlando for the volleyball tournament! Property was just as described—literally right next to the pier. Very clean and comfortable property. The beach access was awesome and having all of the chairs, cooler, boogie board right there was great. Communication with Mark was quick and easy. We will stay here again the next time we come back to Cocoa Beach.

Great beach/ Pool/rocket launch viewing rental

The rental is at a great location-right on the beach, easy walking distance the Cocoa beach pier, Its an easy bike ride or a moderate walk to RON JON surf shop, grocery stores and restaurants. Its also great place to watch rocket launches-I watched 2 by simply stepping outside the patio door and looking north. The place itself is clean and set up well. The beds were very good but be aware that if you plan to sleep more than 4 they will be on a sofa sleeper in the living room. The living room furniture was OK especially for a stay of a couple days. But we stayed almost 2 weeks and it was getting uncomfortable. The TV went out the day before the Superbowl but the owner promptly replaced it. On Superbowl Sunday the internet system created some problems that interrupted the game several times. The owner said it was the internet provider. The amenities were good. If there is one thing that could be improved it is the out door furniture. It is really worn out and uncomfortable. The sliding patio door/screen needs some attention or lubrication. It would be nice to have a key to the slider so it can easily be locked when going out back to the beach (you had to lock it from inside and exit the front door and walk around the building). Be mindful that this is a ground floor condo with no view of the beach but there are lotsa advantages of a ground floor beach condo. Overall it is a great seaside rental with access to everything you need for a great beach Vacay!

Get Little Beach Location

We loved the location, just steps from the beach & the pier. We stayed 2 nights prior to a company cruise, 2 couples & 2 solo girls. We fit perfectly & had plenty of room. The weather wasn’t the best on Saturday but we did make our way to the beach for a while & it wasn’t as busy as Friday afternoon. We found it easy to get around Cocoa Beach via our rental car, visiting the grocery store which was a short drive away. We enjoyed dinner on the pier Friday night & loved that we didn’t have to drive. Everything was clean & up to date. Thanks for providing beach chairs and an ice chest! We utilized them! I would highly recommend this host!

Great condo in the heart of cocoa beach!

Everything was great, as described, very clean , beach access, and easy to get ahold of the property manager with questions. Nice little perks included that many places don’t include. Will definitely come back.

Great place; clean and easy access

We needed a place to stay for a couple of days prior to our cruise and this was a GREAT choice!!! It was in a very nice location with walking access to shops, restaurants and sights. It was a quick drive to a lot of other options as well. The unit was clean and furnished with plenty of amenities to make us feel right at home. Mark was very communicative and helpful.

Excellent stay

This is a beautiful condo by the beach. It is on the first floor but you cannot see the beach from the property which was disappointing for me. The unit is a two bedroom. There is a sofa bed for an extra guest. It has great options for plates, cups, and pots. So overall excellent quality.

PreCruise Beach Wkend

Loved how close this place was to the beach and to Port Canaveral. The place was clean and had some basic necessities. We were steps away from 2 restaurants and never needed a car. Appreciate the space! Thank you.

When we walked into the apartment we felt like we get home. The place renovated beautifully, very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable with new beddings. Kitchen equipped well. Location could not be better, right next to the beach. Thank you Mark for everything.

I was specifically looking for a 3 bedroom place, because there were 3 couples in our group. The listed add said "Condo (sleeps 6) 1081 sq ft • 3 bedroom • 2 bathroom" The unit was nice enough, but it DID NOT have 3 bedrooms. There were only 2 bedroom. I did message the owner & his response was "I can go to jail for lying". Just know that this is not a 3 br unit if you are looking & need that.

Mark was a great host, with very good communication. The place is a located a minute from the cocoa beach pier, has beach access, and well maintained and sizable pool. Hit all of our needs and then some.
