”If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This property went above and beyond our expectations! Close to everything and waterfront was simply beautiful. Lots of room and all the conveniences of home. We really only needed to bring clothes everything else was provided. We will definitely be staying here again! ”

”Great property! Walking distance to beach. The house had toys, high chair and pack and play for an infant. We loved the family room and side room with the couch. They were close together but each had its own tv. We could have Mickey’s Clubhouse playing on one and something else on the other. It’s really a great house for multiple ages and families!”

”Had a wonderful weekend stay at the Pink House. I loved having two connected yet separate spaces. I had my own space while my daughter and friend had theirs. Location was great with the beach right across and downtown Cocoa Beach a minute away. Communication was also excellent. Any questions that I had were answered promptly.I stay in Cocoa Beach every other week and will definitely look forward to booking the Pink house again! ”

”Our family of seven adults rented this townhouse to relax a few days before a cruise. It was in a great location, 7 miles from the cruise port. The beach was two blocks away, and many restaurants were within walking distance. The unit itself was very spacious and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable, the washer and dryer on site were a big plus, as was having 2/12 baths. The host provided games, a ping pong table, and lots of beach equipment. The property had plenty of parking, was extremely clean, and the layout was perfect for our family. The communication from the host was great. Although we only stayed one night, I believe this would also be the perfect place for those looking to enjoy the beach, I noticed they had lots of beach toys and a wagon to help get your things to and from the beach.
