Step inside and you'll find a bright, open kitchen and dining area that's made for gathering. Whether you're whipping up a family feast or enjoying a casual breakfast at the island, you'll love the generous counter space, modern appliances, and sunny dining nook. A handy pantry, washer/dryer, and breakfast bar make life even easier.
The spacious living room is the perfect place to kick back and sink into the comfy sectional and enjoy a movie night on the large smart TV. Just a few steps up is the serene main bedroom with a king bed, double closets, and en suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and tons of storage.
On the main level, Bedroom 2 has a cozy full-size bed, while Bedroom 3 includes a full-size futon for sleeping or relaxing on. The second bathroom features a tub/shower combo, and there's a hallway linen closet for all the extra towels and supplies.
Need more room? Head downstairs to the lower level, where you'll find Bedroom 4 with a twin bed and full bed, plus an extra twin mattress if needed—ideal for sleepovers or siblings sharing a room!

Monthly Rental Information: For stays longer than 30 days, a completed and signed rental agreement is required prior to occupancy. The agreement must be signed by the primary renter responsible for the reservation. For stays longer than 30 nights, a security deposit may be applied by Cody Lodging Company.
