”Only thing was location - it's more out of the way. But there's a charm to that and the staff is still great.”

”We drove through a residential area to get to the property. It was not a nice area. There were abandoned houses, broken lampposts, high security round properties. It did not feel a safe area. No shops or restaurants. We would not have been able to walk there. We felt very uncomfortable and decided that we did not want to stay there. We have requested a refund but have been refused by hotels. Com as they say they can’t get hold of the property. I find that completely unacceptable. ”

”There were cockroches in the bathroom. According to the Hoteis.com the breakfast was included, but according to the owner the site was wrong, and offered the breakfast with a charge.”

”Such Friendly staff not the big hitel stay but all the comforts large room clean tranquil and this in the city wow . Food was excellent the kitchen staff went out of their way to accommodate me and my son at Nationals swim withe meals ”

”We just took photos around the pool. It is centrally located around the complex and has a really nice area to relax. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the windows and braai area need some attention and the blinds are not easy to pull up and down. The staff is not very knowledgeable but willing to assist. ”

”I am not the one to write bad reviews… but this time … my husband and I were more than disappointed with the whole experience. First, when we checked in the bathroom had not been cleaned . We were also given a prone under the category we had booked. The doors in the kitchenette were falling off, the fridge froze all our food…We had bad weather while we were there and rain water was all over the floor one morning when we woke up. The air dryer was missing … I had to ask 3 times to finally have...

”When I checked in I was told that I did not pay. After producing the receipt and proof of payment I was allowed to go to the room. The room heater was on in the middle of summer and to my frustration there was no working remote to off the heater. Ac not working and had to kill quite a few mosquitoes. No attention by the staff and very poorly trained. What a disappointment ”

”The room was spotless as were all the facilities. Food very good. Staff helpful and friendly.”

”This is a great base within a secure compound. What let it down was inconsistency - I was asked why I didn’t leave the key when I went out for the day (it was needed to get back into the compound) No towels had been placed in the room so had to be requested - power plugs to t.v. Did not fit the power sockets so an adapter needed to be brought - T.v. Service card needed to be topped up before being able to access channels. room was serviced after 1st night but not 2nd. No water supply on...

”This property advertises that they have air-conditioning, but they only have air conditioning in the common area is not in the rooms themselves very disappointed. Contacted the front desk. They wouldn't do anything to compensate for the lie.”

Huone oli tilava ja sisustettu ovelasti särmillä eristetyllä pesuhuoneella. Kunnon tuoleja ei kyllä löytynyt. Uima-allas sopivan kokoinen, mutta aurinkotuoleja liian vähän väkimäärään nähden. Pihassa oli lisäksi tyylikäs avokatos sohvineen ja pieni puutarha puineen.”
