Located on East Bancroft Avenue in downtown Coeur d'Alene, this darling home includes everything one would need for a comfy and relaxing getaway. You can feel the loving details its owners put into this darling home. You couldn’t ask for a more perfect location!

LOCATION/ATTRACTIONS
This home is located just steps from McEuen Park and Tubbs Hill with all of its lovely trails and private beaches. Coeur d'Alene's main street is a must do where you will find many fine eateries, cozy coffee shops, sophisticated wine bars and breweries, original boutiques, and adventurous antique shops. The city beach, Coeur d'Alene Resort, public library, and McEuen Park with tennis courts, basketball courts, water park, playground, and dog park are all just moments from your doorstep. Just a few blocks up the street is a local favorite, Moontime Pub and Grill, and just down the street is the infamous floating green at The Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course. As mentioned previously, a pretty perfect location!

BEDROOMS/BATHS
This home has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is located on the main floor and has a king size bed, the second bedroom is also located on the main floor and has two twin beds and last but certainly not least the third bedroom which is located downstairs and has a queen size bed.

INDOOR LIVING SPACE
As you walk in the front door the cute kitchen is supplied nicely with plenty of cookware and dishes to whip up those special meals shared with your family. A comfortable dining area with a dining table, seats up to 6 people comfortably.

AMENITIES/FEATURES
This home has wireless Internet and a smart TV for streaming any apps you desire. A flat screen tv is located in the living room for catching up on shows or fun movie nights. Live TV is not included so please plan accordingly. There is a A/C unit located in the living room for cooling things down a bit during those warm summer months. The back yard has a deck with a propane grill, a seating area and it also has chairs surrounding a small firepit area for telling those scary stories or just taking it easy after a day of fun activities. The kitchen refrigerator does not have an operational ice maker so please feel free to pick up a couple of bags of ice at the store right around the corner if you happen to need some for your stay. The home has a driveway for parking and street parking is available as well.

PETS
This home is pet-friendly, albeit on a case-by-case basis and with a $150 pet fee per pet. No more than 2 small/medium sized dog allowed per stay. No cats allowed.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This home is available for $2225/month off-season.

A few amenities not stocked - very minor and we handled. Location is fantastic with access to marina, downtown. 3 good bedrooms - plenty of room to spread out. Anyone over 6 ft tall...don't take the downstairs bedroom. :) Otherwise, everything we wanted for a long holiday weekend. Would stay again.

Great house and location

Close to shopping and sites quaint safe neighborhood. House has nice kitchen and living area plenty of beds. Basement has full washer dryer bath with wall in shower and nice bedroom. Steep steps going down but private and quiet. Especially loved twin beds in spare room teenage girls each had own space and no arguing on who gets top bunk. Overall excellent rental if you are looking for cozy home in quiet safe neighborhood in couerdalene. Especially loved fact we had door and racks one vaisit in back yard at night to eat apples from tree kids were fascinated

Charming Home

Well equipped kitchen, peaceful, our teenage son loved his private area downstairs. Would be more than happy to visit /stay here again. Close to my aunt and all the shops . Lots to see and do- Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

Location can't be beat

The home is amazingly located to access everything Coeur d'Alene has to offer. We had a group of 6 and all of us enjoyed our stay. The home had lots of space for us. Kai, the property manager, was so accessible and quick to respond to all of our needs.

Very disappointed in this property. It was an older home that had been updated in the kitchen area. There was a window air conditioner in the LR area only. The bedrooms upstairs and in the basement had no air conditioner. The owner had put in fans for cooling which were insufficient. There was one TV but no programming. We were required to download streaming from our own account. Reason given by management company is that most people stream these days. No notification given at all of this point in the listing. We do not stream but one person in our party does, and we were able to download programs. The only thing great about this home is the location which is excellent.

Stay here!!!

I have stayed in many downtown CDA homes and this is my favorite! I absolutely loved the location! Just a really short walk to the Tubbs Hill trailhead that we hiked every day, very short walk to the beach and park, splash pad, resort and shops! It was so convenient for my teenager to walk to town. Then the home itself was absolutely lovely! I so appreciated the attention to detail from the amenities to the surprises for my kids! I can't believe how many homes we've stayed in don't have oil, salt and pepper! This house had everything i needed to cook and clean! The beach towels and chairs were such an awesome touch! We so so appreciated them! The decor was beautiful as well! Everything was so clean! We will stay here again.
