”Our room needed a new mattress. We were given a room for handicapped but we didn't request or want one. We were told at check-in that's all that was available. Noisy kids on the floor above that the management didn't address. Their jumping around went on for a couple of hours when we were trying to get to sleep. Breakfast was just ok. We won't stay there again.”

”The room was much upgraded compared to the current listed pictures. There was obviously new carpet and white bedding. Very clean room. Only downside was having a room by the exit door and hearing it slam all night. Breakfast options were decent- I wouldn’t expect any better for the price we paid.”

The wait staff in the restaurant were exceptional. A great brewpub (Post Falls Brewing) is down the street- an easy walk from the hotel. As well other eating/drinking places - just a short walk away. ”Banquet hall was across from our room. Was told it would quiet down about 930-1000. At 11pm it got quieter and then the loud cackling start in the bar directly below our room and continued past 230 am. We were traveling and I had the worst nights sleep. ”It was unfortunate that we were not told about the whole back and side yard being dug up due to sewer problems at the hotel. Honestly we probably would have booked elsewhere.
The staff was nice and the room was okay. The roll out heater had a broken wheel so would not stand very well. The mattress was used to the point that it had two indentation on each side, so you would kinda roll into that spot. Location is great, street parking only. Coffee and breakfast was good. Temperature throughout...
