Jason and his guest were delightful! They were very friendly, organized and they cleaned the place beautifully before they left. They were great guests and a pleasure to host!

The unit is heated at a constant 72 degrees. We are happy to increase the temperature at the request of our guests. On James' third night he asked for the temperature to be increased which we did. The listing states the hot tub is closed after Labor Day for the winter. James stayed in October. Sometimes it snows in September in North Idaho. A neighbor child ran by the window of his unit on Sunday night. I escorted him away from the area. Security cameras did not show anyone else enter the yard at night. We have those cameras for guest safety to make sure no unauthorized persons enter the property. My wife and I live in the adjoining unit without children. We live quiet lives and do not know what would have disturbed our guests. The rules posted in the unit are the same ones posted online.
