Best VRBO property we have every rented
We rent a VRBO property in Coeur d'Alene for a week every year. This property, by far, has been the best we have ever rented. Super location. Super clean. Super convenient. The property managers were terrific. Will stay here again.

Excellent anniversary trip
My wife and I came to CDA for a short anniversary trip and absolutely loved our stay. The house was more than the listing stated and loved the neighborhood it is located in. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Home
We loved staying in this new home in a nice neighborhood. It was well furnished, very clean, comfortable and close to many activities and restaurants. We enjoyed that it was very close to the park and trail along the river. When we called the management company for help with the grill, they were very prompt and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

One of the best stays I’ve ever had!
The description undersells how AWESOME this property is! It’s a great location—river is a block away and you can ride bikes easily to downtown. It is a safe and well-groomed location. The house is beautiful and smells great! Fully stocked, aesthetically delightful, and easy to R & R. The price point is a huge value especially compared to the other rentals in the area. And the management company is articulate, knowledgeable and thoughtful! If I were a property owner I’d use them. We will be back!! 5 stars!!

Great location! Immaculate property.
The yellow door of this house makes it easy to spot from a distance, it's as clean a beautiful outside as it is inside. This is in a very quiet neighborhood and backs up to a paved trail (north Idaho centennial trail?) so it's a short bike ride or walk to some play structures and river access. It seemed like everything we needed was within 10 minutes of driving. The house is stocked with lots of kitchen tools, has a big fridge, comfy beds in both bedrooms, a futon in a front nook area, two full bathrooms, comfy living room seating, a modern gas fireplace, some outdoor chairs and a gas BBQ. All to say, this property would easily accommodate two couples or two parties or even a family. I would definitely stay here again!! **If you come in the summer like we did or like your sleeping conditions cool, be sure to kick on the AC units as soon as you get there, it takes a little while to cool down**

Best VRBO - EVER
Not that we have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals but, between the house, location and simply being in Couer d'Alene Idaho... this was the best VRBO stay we have had to date! I cannot think of anything it was lacking, we were able to park and recharge our e bikes in the garage every night and access the Centennial Trail directly from the house too. We have a few friends meet us at the house to ride with us and they all were amazed at how nice a property it is. Safe, comfortable, accessible and simply perfect for our wants and needs... nothing more to say!

Bike trail!
The bike trail takes you to the riverfront, downtown, and many wonderful restaurants. You barely have to use your car to have a great vacation. It’s also flat and great for kids.

Cd’A in the summer
We had a great stay in Cd’A in July. We grew up in the area and usually stay with my parents however we decided to rent a house this time - this place was centrally located, easy access to the river, close to restaurants and clean and bright. Will definitely stay again.

Modern cottage near Riverstone
My family of 3 stayed at this newly built home over 4th of July weekend. It’s a 10 min drive to downtown and a short walk to the river and park. We appreciated the attached garage, laundry room, and back yard. There is is AC in the main bedroom and family room only.The management was responsive and brought us a fan for the 2nd bedroom.The only recommendation would be to add more seating and an umbrella for the back patio. Overall, this is a darling house in a beautiful area. Perfect for a small family!

Quaint, clean, roomy - exactly as pictured. Would definitely stay again. Location very close to the beautiful downtown core and biking paths right outside your door. We had an excellent stay - highly recommended.

Perfect Location and Absolutely Adorable!
We loved our stay at this property! It was well stocked with everything you would need to enjoy family. We spent Thanksgiving there and had all that we needed minus groceries! We used the auto fireplace everyday and enjoyed how cozy it felt. It is a super short walk to the river and the views are amazing. We even walked the river path down to Le Peep on the water. Highly recommend!

I stayed here with my three daughters at the beginning of July and we loved every minute of it. The location is perfectly situated to easily access the lake a riverfront and city life. We had plenty of space and loved our stay! Thank you!

Wonderful home
We loved this property so much we wished we had more days to stay. The beds were super comfy, it was close to restaurants and downtown, and we enjoyed a lovely welcome gift from the hosts. Very quiet even though it was close to major roads. The checkin tablet was very smart-we loved that it had all the area information, and made checkin and checkout so easy. Every VRBO should have this. I had a couple of questions before and during our stay, and the hosts were quick to respond. We will be bookmarking this place for our annual return trip to CDA.

New house, great location
Worked exceptionally well for our family of 5. There is a fun park and walking trail right near the house, and it's a short walk to the river, which is peaceful and beautiful.
