Just perfect for the two of us!
What a precious little house in an ideal part of town. Walkable to everywhere. Nice modern upgrades to a classic house. Our fur baby loved playing in the big backyard. Would definitely stay again!

Comfy Cottage
We really enjoyed this charming house. It had everything we could have asked for: comfy bed and bedding and living room set. We were able to really rest and relax. Kitchen is well equipped. Quiet neighborhood and good backyard for pups. The house is close to downtown with all the good restaurants and shopping. My favorite is Seasons and Tito’s. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect little getaway
The location was perfect and near all the downtown areas. Took a drive at night and the downtown shopping strip had cute trees all lit up with clear lights. It was only a few minutes drive but the house was quiet. The house itself was small but it was enough for a small family. We had 2 adults and a teen. The wifi was decent. My boyfriend didn't like the water pressure in the shower but he's very particular. I left my phone behind and my son called it a few times and the house keeper picked it up and eased all my worry. I was thankful for her kindness. The stay was great and the suggestions book was very helpful. We hiked Tubbs Hill after all the suggestions and we had a great time. I definitely recommend this stay.

Perfect weekend getaway home
This house was perfect for my husband and I! Quiet neighborhood with multiple restaurants within a block or two. Furniture and bed were comfortable. Our stay was over New Year’s so the weather was not right for enjoying the outdoor space, but it looked enjoyable during warmer weather. Moon Time (on the same block) has delicious food and drinks and very welcoming people. We would recommend stopping in during your stay at this property!

Nice little house
Nice old house. Perfect for a couple. Really nice kitchen appliances and great bbq. Huge yard. The tv loses its Internet connection every time we would turn it off and you have to reboot it with your phone. And the bed is squeaky but comfortable. Other than that two thumbs up. Would stay there again.

Great house, terrible management
Cute, clean home with a great location. We enjoyed the private yard and the quiet neighborhood, as well as nearby access to the Tubbs trails and the downtown. Two great restaurants in walking distance and easy access to highways for exploring. Vacasa management, however, is the pits. They were singularly unhelpful when we had trouble with getting the front door locked (no instructions for that) and with getting the wall heater to work (also no instructions for that). The house was freezing when we checked in! Despite two calls and two promises to have someone on-site to help with the door lock, no one ever came.

Cute Coeur d’ Alene
Fantastic little home, has everything you’d need. Management Vacasa is the best we’ve ever worked with. Renting at least 40 properties in the past 10-12 years, we could not be more happy with the job Vacasa did. The only downside to the property was the bed in master needs replaced. Owners to deal with.

A cute order cottage well fixed up. Close to several bars/restaurants. A nice touch was two bikes to use. Communication was a problem ,as it turned out because of illness in staff.

Prefect for my family of 3
Awesome location for biking or walking downtown- clean and had everything we needed. Short bike ride to sanders beach too! Love the character of an older home. Hope to stay again next year!

Charming house, ideally located!

Property was wonderful. However, bed mattress was absolutely horrible. It sunk to the middle , worn and unsupported. My girlfriend and i slept awful all 3 nights. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

The house was a big enough for just my husband and myself. It's not overly large, however, it beat staying in a hotel/motel. The house was clean and had 1920's charm.

There was a strong cigarette smell near the front and back doors, as well as coming out of the heaters. So strong the smell got onto my coat. Very unpleasant. Couldn’t use the TV because there were no instructions. It appears to require private accounts and we had no info about those.

Very convenient and close to family and restaurants. Neighbor was kind and friendly. Kitchen and bath was fully stocked with necessities. Could use an upgrade on couch and bed. Very uncomfortable. Maybe a thicker blanket. It was cold at night. Overall 4 stars😎

It took a couple of days to warm the place w/o having to use blankets. 62 degrees when we arrived. Can't flush toilet if running water from the wash machine or shower. Uncomforable furniture.

Don't check-in late at night in December
We arrived late at night in December and couldn't find lights or heat... once we figured that out the rest of the stay was comfortable. We love the neighborhood and walkability, we used the nearby gym and Winehouse was a nice date night. The only thing we couldn't figure out was garage, our stay was a longer one and we had no exterior garbage-can access.

Cute small quiet cottage, nicely decorated, but smelled like dog
This was a cute nicely decorated small quiet cottage on an attractive leafy street located few blocks from the core downtown area in Coeur D’Alene. It was well provisioned for the small comforts of life, and the bikes were great to get out on the trail and see the town. We are holding back of fifth star because of the smell of dogs in the cottage. I know that millennials have to travel with their animals these days, but if I was the owner or manager I would skip the “pet friendly” stuff. Somebody’s dogs are eventually going to lie all over the furniture and on the bed. I love dogs but I’m sorry, I can live without the smell of dog(s) and the constant hum of the two air deodorizer units that don’t quite cut it! The queen bed was OK but it’s a foam mattress and it has a slight slope toward the middle. And perhaps I’m spoiled with a different standard on Airbnb, but it’s nice to have a little bit of ground coffee or beans/tea on hand to put in the supplied “Mr. Coffee” coffee machine. Some cleaning services will wipe out every last little leftover item left behind, as was the case here. Nary a stick of butter or a cup of cooking oil or salad dressing. If you plan to do any cooking, count on buying absolutely everything except salt, pepper and sugar. We left a half a bottle of red wine behind for the next patrons. Hopefully it’s survives to carry it forward. Otherwise, a great stay in a cozy quiet unit that was otherwise well-equipped. Thanks!

20th anniversary getaway
We loved this cozy, pretty cottage! It was perfect for a couple or small family, updated beautifully, clean; an easy walk to the lake, resort, shops and restaurants. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked, lots of extra blankets (which we didn't need, but we did need the air conditioning and really appreciated the house having it!). Fully recommend this VRBO!

Nice House, Quiet neiborhood, Close to everything! Loved It!
Great little home. Has everything needed to be comfortable. The decor is well done with class and utility. The street is quiet and food and shopping is right around the corner. Don't miss the nesting Bald Eagles in the park down town.

We were very happy with the property. It was clean & comfortable, with a convenient location. The proximity to trails & Coeur d'Alene lake is nice for spending time outside enjoying the weather. The leaves this time of year are spectacular.
