”Including this stay my last 3 stay were with Fairfield inn by Marriott in various parts of the country. I keep booking with Marriott because my last 2 stays were excellent. This location not as highly rated by wife and myself. Staff was not as friendly and interior showed much more wear. Could be based on years in business and popularity of area. This stay was also more expensive I'm guessing also based on the area we were in. Traffic in area was tolerable but hectic. Only a couple blocks away...

”The room looked clean but the bathroom and shower was not. There was a shoe print on the toilet. The shower was dirty the shower curtain was nasty. The sink was dirty. I was taking a shower after coming from the beach and the water just cut off. Front desk was no help. I had to wait till the next day for the maintenance to fix it. I ended up switching rooms to the first floor but it was the same. Barely a trickle of water. Housekeeping is the worse. It's like no one ever inspects the rooms. I...

The customer service at reception was shockingly rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. The entire hotel felt filthy, and there were a lot of mosquitoes. I would not recommend this place to anyone.””

”Air conditioning was terrible. Room never got cold. Hotel and room were dirty. Black mold in shower. Parking is not available. We ended up street parking and paying a small fortune to park elsewhere and walking. No ideal with bags. Elevator is broke. Pool is broke and not open. Rooms are loud with hotel guests. . ”

”Nice staff property was outdatedand showed sign of wear . Breakfast was as explained. The Ac sounded like it had water in it... The rolling chair was broken when we got there ”

”Yes the kitchen was fully equipped and clean. However, there was a bug in the bed and the property needs to be sprayed for mosquitoes ”

”This place was absolutely nasty. I had to get a cheap motel and I was totally prepared for what I thought. The blinds were broke people walked past and could see me and my 14 daughter sleeping. The smoke detector was disabled and torn down. The walls were peeling. Smelled like smoke so bad. The plugs for the wall had black on them like they had sparked before so I could not plug in my phone and had a 8hr drive. I understand cheap but this was non sleeping conditions. ”

”The room smelled like someone was smoking inside room for years , came back at night and smelled like weed inside the room! In the morning there was a roach walking on toilet patter and about 4 hours after check out called see if they found my daughters light stick and they put my on hold for 10 mins than took my phone number and never called me back to say anything at all! Besides that Jessica I believe was her name at check out was nice but honestly would never stay here again oh and i forgot...
