Cozy and stylish, Leo's Beach Hideaway may be small in size but is big on comfort and charm. Accommodating up to 3 guests comfortably (or a maximum of 4), it's ideal for 2 adults and 1-2 children or alternatively, 2-3 adults.

Designed to maximise space and functionality, this tiny home on wheels features a large balcony with outdoor dining and a lounge area - perfect for soaking in the tranquil surroundings.

CONFIGURATION:
· Bedroom 1: Features a split king bed (configured as a king but can be split into two singles for an additional charge).
· Bedroom 2: Includes a king single trundle bed, suitable for one adult or two children. Please note, when the trundle is pulled out, the door cannot be closed due to the room's compact size.

Inside, relax in the cozy lounge area with a Samsung TV, or enjoy meals at the small dining table that seats up to four guests. The kitchen while petite, it is equipped with a Smeg toaster and kettle, air fryer, and an electric frying pan. Coffee lovers will appreciate the Breville Oracle automatic coffee machine, ensuring a perfect cup every morning.

Leo's is full of thoughtful touches. Elegant cutlery, plates, and glassware allow for a refined dining experience. The compact yet functional bathroom, includes a toilet, shower (with curtain), and basin. The spacious outdoor deck with comfortable seating and dining area, perfect for alfresco meals or simply unwinding in nature.

Leo's enjoys a peaceful natural setting and is set on a large block of land. While other cabins are located at the far end of the property, this tiny home offers privacy and a direct connection to nature. Nature lovers will enjoy watching the resident kangaroos grazing daily on the grass and the abundant birdlife.

Located in Arrawarra, adjacent to the Lorikeet Holiday Park, this hidden gem is a great option for those looking to stay near the park while enjoying a more secluded retreat. Just a 30-minute drive from Coffs Harbour, it offers easy access to all the attractions of the Coffs Coast.
