âThe room was being cleaned as we arrived and not deep cleaning. The staff didnât speak any English so it was hard to discuss anything. The water didnât work at all during our trip and we let them know at 8:30 pm and didnât have water until morning. One of the beds didnât have any covers. We put a complaint in and never heard back. The place is beautiful and great location. â

âThe location was an amazing by the beach, very relaxing and tranquil. Breakfast area was nice and the three houses looked unique. We stayed in Spanish Villa which had a nice terrace, but the room wasn't as good/clean as in the pictures.
We had mixed feelings about the service; part of the staff was friendly but overall the place is not very professionally run. There was a hassle upon check in, and the bar staff is slow and sometimes not even in there. Once we asked two beers just before 1 pm...
