Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialising in holiday accommodation since 2005.



Discover this spacious 178 m² house located in the centre of Coín, ideal for families and groups of up to 8 people who wish to enjoy the comfort of staying just minutes away from restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and all services, with an excellent location to discover both the interior of Málaga and the Costa del Sol.



🛏️ The property is distributed **across three floors and has 4 bedrooms**. On the main floor you will find a spacious living-dining room, a fully equipped independent kitchen, a pleasant interior courtyard and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and bathtub. Next to this bedroom there is an independent area with a sofa bed, especially recommended for children. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower, whilst between the second and third floor you will find a fourth bedroom with two single beds.



☀️ On the top floor you will be able to enjoy a cosy private terrace with outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. The property also has air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, heating via electric radiators, high-speed WiFi, two televisions (Smart TV and Fire TV Stick), fully equipped kitchen and alarm for added security.



📍 Its excellent location allows you to walk around Coín and easily access places such as the Sierra de las Nieves, Monda, Alhaurín el Grande, Marbella, Fuengirola, Málaga, the Caminito del Rey or several golf courses in the area.



🚗 No private garage available, although you can park on nearby streets, in a covered car park located about five minutes' walk away or in a free public car park very close to the property.



🔑 Arrival is carried out autonomously via key box, providing convenient and flexible access.
