The exteriors of the property are ideal for enjoying the southern climate, and you will find all the amenities you can imagine. You can cool off in the chlorine pool, which has dimensions of 6mx3m and a depth range between 1.20m and 1.50m, or relax while sunbathing on the comfortable loungers. Additionally, you can enjoy wonderful views while preparing a delicious barbecue. There is also a table with chairs, perfect for extending your evenings.

Inside the single-story house, you will find a spacious open area connecting the living room, dining room, and kitchen. It is equipped with air conditioning and a Smart TV, and the ceramic hob kitchen has all the necessary utensils for comfortable cooking. At bedtime, you can choose from three bedrooms. The first bedroom has two beds, one double and one single, with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has two single beds, and the third has a bunk bed with a double bed below and a single bed above. A bathroom with a shower completes the accommodation. The house is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. If you are traveling with a baby, we can provide a crib and a high chair.

The house is surrounded by stunning mountain landscapes and green fences. For nature lovers, you can venture into the Sierra de las Nieves Natural Park, declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO, offering opportunities for hiking, bird watching, and enjoying native flora and fauna. If you prefer to be closer to the center, it's only a 7-minute drive away. Coín is a charming Andalusian village that provides an authentic and picturesque experience. Local markets are ideal for discovering fresh and local products that reflect the authenticity of the local cuisine.
