”Okay the property is very expensive for the price that I paid. So definitely no go and will not suggest this to anyone. Additionally, the host is very polite on the face of it, but is really unfair when it comes to the problem solving. Like literally, the bathroom knob was broken and the host is like IDC if someone come into the bathroom while you poop.”

”This was the perfect place for us! We did a lot of fishing and crabbing from the dock. OBX beaches are less than a mile away. The host is very responsive. Great neighbor kitty who loved to visit with us. (And his mom was very nice and chatty too!)”

”There were already sheets in the machine, so I didnt strip beds. Also, locked door before we grabbed the trash, sorry.”

”The outdoor areas were just as described nice hot tub and game area was enjoyed by all. The pond was quite a distance and we never found the tennis courts and community pool until the last day of our stay we learned it was located in the neighborhoods to each side of the one the house is in. The beach is more like a 30 min walk thru unfamiliar communities, with no signage or directions along the way. The house itself appears to be a fixer upper with a poor paint job in several of the rooms...

”Absolutely amazing alternative for under 21 renters. Fantastic host and wonderful location. Exceeded expectation, we had a blast.”

”They didn't tell me they had somebody living on site until I was on my way there, between midnight and 2:30 a.m., because I told them I would be late, getting there. There was somebody else there when I got there in the room that I was supposed to be in, plus the person that lives on site. The key was where it was supposed to be, but the outside door was locked, and I rang the doorbell several times, and contacted the host, by calling and sending messages, and I still had to wait about 20 minutes...

”The home was great! 3 houses from the beach on a dead end road. Kitchen had all amenities needed and more! Plenty of room for our family of 5 adults to spread out. Highly recommend. ”
