”A weekend trip with family and friends. Thoroughly enjoyed the beach drive, the community, and the relaxation. Blake was super friendly and very responsive! The house was clean and taken care of. Enjoyed being the first to jump in the new pool! Would definitely come back for a longer stay!”

The communication of the exact location and amenities that were available to us, or rather unavailable, was lacking, making the trip a bit stressful as we had to resort to multiple different parties to ask questions. The only complaint I had was the very high overall fees for the condo. We had an owner service fee, $100 cleaning fee (which is reasonable), $200 pet cleaning fee (not reasonable especially since our dog weighs 20 pounds and shed very little) and tax (which of course we have to pay). ”There were 2 stacked washer/dryer units in the house. Neither dryer worked. One was just dead and the other made a noise that would drive you out of the house. I called Vacasa within 24 hrs of check-in and explained the situation. Every day I called or texted them again. No response from any local repair shop. We had 8 people and 5 days without a dryer.
