”Newly renovated with very nice style.”

”War ok , Frühstück etwas mau”

”This hotel is amazing. It is about 20 minutes from Neuchatel at the bottom of a gorge by a river. The location is peaceful and scenic. The staff here are superbly hospitable. The room was very spacious and clean with a big bathroom. If you are wondering about the lack of curtains (there are net curtains), you need to use the shutters which are very effective. Our evening meal was delicious and the service excellent. Breakfast was continental style with meats, cheeses, fruits, yoghurt, jam,...

”The GuestHouse was a unique and wonderful place. We had small kitchen/dining area and a lovely bedroom and bathroom. Downstairs there was a place to make breakfast and coffee. There is a nice bakery across the street, too. The staff were friendly and helpful.”

”We spent a fantastic weekend at Petit Hotel. The staff were friendly, the rooms were very clean. The sauna and Haman were comfortable. I was very satisfied to have such a relax time there.”

”Schönes und ruhiges Bio-Hotel”

”The location was perfect & the view of Lake Neuchatel and the Alps was beautiful! The room was dark and the pillows and bedding were supremely comfortable.”

”👍”

”Rooms were comfortable Breakfast was a cold continental breakfast Close to the town. Was a great place for an overnight”

”No air conditioner or proper soundproofing. We heard everything from the hall to the room and our room was next to the breakfast so it was noisy when people were going back and forth. During the summer room is hot. And there is no fridge in the room so it’s also a small minus. Breakfast was simple but still okay, Swiss cheese and quality apple juice etc. ”

”Simply wonderful experience. The Grand Hotel is family owned and almost everyone participates. They are at the front counter one day and serving you food at the hotel restaurant that evening. The hotel is based on providing a wonderful spa experience. We didn't get a massage but used the sauna's, indoor [colder] pool, the outdoor [hotter] water pool with multiple water jets, and the lounge rooms and loved them all. The minuses; we didn't have a car and the hotel is way to far above the...

”We enjoyed our stay at Hotel de l’Ecluse. The property was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent for exploring Neuchâtel, especially the lakefront, the Collegiate Church, and the castle area, all within easy walking distance. A couple of maintenance issues could use attention — the toilet seat in our room was loose and the shower drain cover kept coming off during use. The room was also quite warm at night. We were able to open...

”Lovely stay, everything was great. Only one thing I'd recommend and that is changing the location of the trash can outside (which is right by the entrance of the hotel) as it's quite smelly, especially during these hot days we're having! Merci beaucoup.”

Mutta hyvä hotelli muuten :) I liked this hotel, but the reception was hard to find..”
