Guests also enjoy direct access to West Canada Creek by crossing the small inlet in front of the home or walking across the island nearby.

EASY CHECK-IN PROCESS

We take your safety and security seriously and this property has special local compliance requirements of a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security deposit collection which will be a temporarily hold on the card for any damages. This will be returned back to your card within 7-10 days after your check out date. To make this easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on the cleaning schedule and same-day bookings. Requests can be submitted through the Happy Guest portal and are subject to approval.
Failure to vacate the property by the scheduled check-out time may result in additional fees.
GUEST CHECK-IN
Entry is provided through secure keyless access.
Exterior security cameras are used for guest check-in verification.
Please ensure your reservation includes the correct number of guests and pets (maximum of 2 pets allowed).
HOUSE SUPPLIES

We provide a starter supply of essentials including dish pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, garbage bags, and toilet paper. For longer stays or larger groups, we recommend bringing additional supplies as mid-stay replenishment is not provided for stays over 3 days.

SMART TV & FIRESTICK

Streaming service logins are not provided.

FIRE PIT
Firewood and fire-starting supplies are not included but may be purchased prior to arrival through the Happy Guest portal.
The fire pit cover must remain on when not in use.
Fires should never be left unattended or burning overnight.
