Huoneistohotellit – Cold Lake

”I never been to a hotel that would not allow people in my room ...first time in my life that had ever happened to us!! Will never stay at this location ever again!!”

”Room was not very clean. Old and not maintained well. Fridge was not clean. Parking was okay unless full and then parking on the backside left you with no access to get in, you had to walk around to the front of the property. Could be a safety concern in the area. Staff was friendly and helpful when asked for a bag for ice bucket.”

”The hotel was good but very confusing to rent a room, as it didn't have a front desk, as the people who owned it also had another hotel so we had to drive next door to that hotel to register and get the keys, then had to go back there the next day to drop the keys off. The girl at the desk was very friendly and helped us out with the confusion.”

”I was originally on the bottom floor but asked to be moved to a higher floor. They accommodated me and put me on the third floor. As a result, I found the room to be quiet and comfortable. Not sure if I would have had the same experience had I remained on the bottom floor.”
