”Room was ok. The pillows on the beds a very flat. The free breakfast is very minimal. The vending machine needs to be updated to have a credit card reader. There is no seating area to sit and enjoy your breakfast. Just one table and two chairs right next to the front desk window. Our room was close to the front door/front desk area so there was a lot of foot traffic outside early in the morning. We only stayed for one night thankfully.”

”This property had no vacancies. Expedia booked me one night with its system showing availability with multiple rooms available despite the owner of the hotel advising Expedia that their rooms were not available and had been sold out. Now it will take 7-10 business days to refund my money that was debited from my account the minute I approved the transaction.”

”The place was absolutely beautiful and spotless. The view was amazing. The only issue we had was when we asked where it was. We were told Nellysford and didn’t really understand that it was part of the Wintergreen resort so it was much further away from our actual destination. But the place was really amazing. We would stay there again.”
