UUSI lakeview ja venesatama, Cape Royale puiden alla

Nauti 4 vuode, 2 täyttä kylpyamme 1880 Sqft vuosisadan puolivälissä moderni lakehouse kaunis järvinäköala edestä ja 100 askeleen päässä takaisin kannelle vilkas Cape Royale marina. Lakehousessa on hyvät vuoteet ja patjat sekä talon takana puiden alla oleva mukava kansi. Täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa on kahvia, teetä, sokeria, suolaa, ketsupia, sinappia ja BBQ-kastiketta. Vuodevaatteet ja pyyhkeet. Yksityinen pysäköinti neljälle autolle tai kolmelle autolle + vene perävaunu. Voi pysäköidä kaksi autoa kadulla yksityisen pysäköintialueen edessä. Tuo veneesi ($ 20 Cape Royale-maksu) ja kalastusvälineet. Venesatamassa on lähellä kalastusta ja kolme veneluiskaa. Cape Royalessa on uima-allas, koripallokentät, rantalentopallo, luontopolku, leikkipaikka ja järvipuisto sekä lapsiystävällinen.

Great location - sleepy little neighborhood on the lake. We are from dallas and met friends from Houston there - easy for us all to get to. The house was great for 2 families with bedrooms on 2 floors. Kitchen is well stocked with all the things we needed. It’s dog friendly with lots of outdoor activities. We made great memories with our families and will plan to come back !

Our family stayed in this ideal home for the third time for Memorial Day Weekend. It is always a pleasure to be hosted by Frederik and Sylvia. The home is cozy, comfortable and clean. Our family had a wonderful visit at this property over Thanksgiving. The house was spacious and well stocked. The owners Frederik and Sylvia were available and answered questions promptly. The wood stove was burning and ready for us when we arrived on a cold November day. We will definitely return here!!!

Our stay at the lake house in this nice neighborhood exceeded expectations. The marina added a serene touch to the surroundings. We enjoyed expending family time at the large table on the deck. The well-stocked kitchen with spices and cooking essentials made meal preparation a breeze. I would highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

This lake house is in the trees, along a creek very, close to the marina. We reserved a slip for our boat which convenient and fun. The house is roomy, well cared for, and well supplied with dishes, kitchen items, bath towels and bedding. There is also a cloths washer & dryer and all appliances and AC are in good working order. There is also parking for 4 cars which is more than many similar locations. The Cape Royal community is very nice and the location is beautiful. Over all the house is comfortable, pleasant to be in, and hosted our family perfectly. Wish we could stay there all summer!

Enjoyed our time, just would have liked to have been able to make the rain go away. We did have some time to enjoy the back deck though. The host had good communication. The kitchen was very well stocked. The large couch was nice. Comfortable seating for several people. We also had plenty of area for parking. Nice area fro get out and take a walk.

Property was comfortable and very clean. Kitchen was well supplied with cooking utensils, dishes and cleaning supplies. All you needed for a getaway at the lake. Description of the property and ammenties is accurate. The owner was hospitable and communicative. When we get a chance, we will visit again.

Our family really enjoyed spending the Thanksgiving holidays in Fred and Sylvia's beautiful home. They were such great hosts and the property was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the fireplace, lots of seating and dining outdoors looking at the beautiful view of the lake and marina. The community was also great and we loved hiking the trails. We definitely plan to return!

It’s a great gateway: spacious, clean house with everything you need and even more. The neighborhood is so beautiful and safe. There are hiking trails and a small playground. It’s very quite. We did have a small issue with a thermostat not working on the first floor but Fred brought us wood to warm it up. Thank you so much! We are very happy with our stay!
