”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

”We stayed over Father’s Day weekend. It was alot of people to the point on Saturday night we didn’t have parking. We didn’t know we had to pay for parking when checking in. Which was an additional $17/day. The breakfast staff were amazing very friendly & welcoming. We loved going to the pool but it’s no lifeguard on duty so be careful sending your children to the pool without you. No microwave in the room we stayed in so had to go to the lobby to warm food. The room was clean so that’s a plus....

”This hotel is extremely old and it shows. This hotel needs an extreme face lift for the rooms. Looking at the pictures online and seeing it in person is nothing like the pictures at all. ”I was in town for a concert, and all of the staff were amazing. The rooms were clean, the front desk staff were very kind and professional, and the bartender was fantastic.
I would also like to thank Ms. Tyra (I believe she was the AGM) for all of her help with my reservation. I had some issues with how I booked the room, but she was very accommodating and went above and beyond to assist me.
I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to others.”
