This newly renovated waterfront house on the Coldwater Chain of Lakes offers three inviting bedrooms, including one king bed and three queen/twin bunk beds. This variety of sleeping arrangements can comfortably accommodate different group needs, whether you're traveling with family or a group of friends. You'll appreciate the nice, open space created by the combined living room, dining room, and kitchen, perfect for socializing and relaxing after a day on the lake.

For your comfort, the house is equipped with central air conditioning for warmer days and forced air heating for our cold winter months, as well as a cozy gas-lit fireplace in the center of the living room, ideal for creating a warm ambiance on cooler evenings. We also provide high-speed WiFi so you can easily stay connected for work or entertainment. For added convenience, a washing machine and dryer are located right in the house, allowing you to pack light and refresh your clothes as needed during your stay. The two bathrooms are well-equipped, and you'll find a hairdryer available for your use.

Our large patio and well-landscaped yard are perfect for small events and gatherings, offering a lovely outdoor space to enjoy. The property also includes two boat docks, providing easy access to the water for swimming, boating, or fishing, and is located just a short walk from a local convenience store for any immediate needs and a boat launch for easy access to the lake.
