Water front home at the end of the cul-de-sac with large community common areas for outdoor activities. The home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. A large open area with a kitchen and den, three season room, and a covered porch- all with full lake views. Home also includes a two car garage. Less than 2 miles from Coldwater town center.

Peaceful Beauty

This beautiful house had room for 3 generations of our family. Easily accessible for our 89 year old, and plenty of fishing for our 18 year old. We are grateful for the chance to spend 3 relaxing days here.

Messenger Lake house

Loved our week at the lake. Family vacation with adult children and their significant others. Perfect space for 6 adults. Easy access to the lake to paddle board and kayak. Rented a pontoon for a day and explored the chain of lakes. House very clean, kitchen well equipped, quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the Coldwater farmers market on Saturday. Friendly town.

We had a great time. Listing was great but in person was even better. Only issue was coffee pot had moldy coffee grounds left in pot. Great location! House is beautifully decorated! Loved all the details!

Weekend stay for college graduation

We stayed at the house for the weekend to attend our daughters graduation from Hillsdale college. It was a short 1/2 hour drive to the campus. The house was very comfortable for our 6 person group. The inside of the home was updated, clean and very nice and easy to find. If we had any reason to travel back to Michigan, we would stay here without any hesitation.

Beautiful comfortable home! Very easy to rent from. Will definitely rent from again when in the area! Bonus was the toys for our boys. They absolutely loved what was available for them, which made our life easier while on vacation! Thank you!

Nice updated house with dock

Had a nice 3-night stay with our family of five. The house looks recently updated and was very comfortable with everything we needed. The screened in porch was great for eating meals, and enjoyed the unobstructed view from the adjoining deck. We brought our boat with us and enjoyed using the dock to tie up to each day. We explored the chain of lakes and was very pretty views, along with good areas for taking the kids tubing, one boarding, and swimming. Communication with owner was fantastic, and even called to check on a stuck door she heard might be difficult to open and offered to send someone to fix it right away if needed. Would recommend to others.

Family trip

The property was amazing. It was close to the lake which was right in the backyard. There was a pontoon rental place across the lake. The location was great. The host was able to answer any questions in a timely manner. It was perfect for a weekend trip with family. There was ton to do without leaving the property like fishing, boating, watching tv and card/board games. If you did want to leave the property restaurants and stores are only about 5 to 10 minutes away!

Family visit

The lakehouse was recently remodeled, and in excellent condition. The views of the lake and property from the porches were beautiful and very relaxing, with incredible sunrises. The neighbors were friendly, and plenty of areas to walk. The house was perfect to host our family for dinners and lengthy visits, especially having an outdoor grill. Our host had supplied towels, paper products, etc in the kitchen and baths, which was well appreciated, and all appliances, fans, and air conditioning worked properly. We will definitely book again. Thank you for a wonderful week with family and the weather was much needed to escape from the Texas heat.

Clean property, lots to do, good for large family

Coldwater has much to do and this home allowed us to stay in a well cared for property. Had everything we needed for a large group. We would stay again.
