Villa Kiki awaits you! If you're looking for a cozy, family friendly, peaceful and spacious home, then you've found your perfect oasis. This boho chic styled home has a total of 4 bedrooms/3.5 baths. Located in the hills of Cole Bay, Dutch St Maarten, Villa Kiki offers you one of the best panoramic views that the island has to offer. It's also a quick drive to major supermarkets, boutique shops, casinos, restaurants and bars located right in the neighborhood or the lively strip of Simpson Bay!



Guests will have access to all areas of the property.

We want all of our guests to have a great time, however Villa Kiki is not set up to be a party house. Villa Kiki is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so if you intend on partying until the early morning hours, then this is not where you want to be. There needs to be absolutely no music/noise on the patio/pool area after 11:00 pm.

No smoking indoors. No drugs of any kind. No noise/music on the pool deck area after 11.00 pm. This is a quiet residential neighborhood.

It is recommended that guests rent a car during their stay as public transportation and taxis are limited in the area.
