â Very convinient hotel for the Miraflores area. Place is clean, with nice rooms. Nothing fancy, but works perfectly if you just want to sleep in. The breakfast which is included, is really nice. Great coffee, lots of fresh fruit and warm eggs.

âTierra Viva Miraflores Larco is an oasis within the hectic city of Lima. The building was new and modern, room clean and elegantly furnished. The friendly staff spoke excellent english and was always ready to help us with our varied requests. Highly recommended!â
âThe host was very responsive and flexible with all of our flight change snafews. The beds were extremely soft/comfortable as well. The description warned about limited hot water but our group of 5 never had a problem except for the time we accidentally started a load of laundry at the same time. Great location with tons of things to do and see nearby.â
âAn excellent stay. Everything was perfect. Clean and comfortable modern hotel with new premises. An excellent wifi. Free filtered water available in every floor and breakfast was good even for Scandinavian people (fruits and oatmeal available). The staff spoke also excellent English. Would be my choice for the next time, no doubt!â
