”The room was just okay, nothing spectacular. I was quite disappointed that I paid extra for a suite with a whirlpool tub but after running 3 clean cycles trying to clean out the jets, there was still a lot of nasty gunk coming out so I ultimately decided against using it for bathing.”

”Staff were great! We had a couple of minor problems but they were very quick to correct the issues! The Korean restaurant was very good too. ”

”Tv's didn't work when we checked in. Took few hours to get them working then it kept going in and out. Worked fine in the morning. Coffee maker didnt work but they did replace it.parking was difficult making unloading luggage difficult. Staff was friendly and tried hard to be accommodating. ”

”We had a handicapped accessable room and the shower did not work properly. The hand held spray did not work. I told the front desk and they had a repairman come and fix it the next day. It then worked but it leaked horribly. The staff was good to get someone to look at it but the repairman did a less than good job.”

”King suite - accessible room. Had a Murphy bed that was a queen size and not a normal king bed as stated and reserved. Room layout was really good and roomy with a nice mini-bar area. Bathroom has some maintenance issues. Shower had some mold on the caulking by the base. Walls had holes in it from trying to hang hand rail by toilet and the toilet is not an ADA high toilet. It was so low it was hard to sit and stand. The wallpaper is peeling off walls in breakfast and dining area. ...

”What a hidden gem! The hotel was very clean and our room was spacious. We both agreed that it was one of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept on. The staff was nice and welcoming. Will definitely stay again if we make our way back through.”

”Staff was great! No Hot tub anymore! Under new ownership so they are trying to bring it up to par! Needs some major cleaning and new curtains, bed skirts, sanding and paint on bathroom door jams! Outside needed mowing and trimming Breakfast was typical. Pool was open part of the time. Again, management is trying!”
