”The property is clean and beautiful. It has an amazing pool. We stayed during the slow season in New Orleans, so the property was quiet. The hotel advertises their swim up bar, but it was not open during our stay. They did have a walk-up bar, however. They also open the pool to the public for a fee, making it more crowded than it would be with guests only, but loungers are reserved for guests. The design of the hotel is gorgeous. ”The hotel is absolutely stunning the food was fabulous. The rooftop had spectacular scenery. Hotel itself is filled with war memorabilia throughout. Nothing short of amazing. The night staff was not as pleasant or accommodating as the day staff, but that's to be expected. ”

”Overall this property is great. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are exceptionally clean. I’ve stayed in another room at this property with a much nicer bathroom than the one we had this time. This one could definitely use an update.
Room service was outstanding. Tonia was so friendly and through our conversation found out we were celebrating our anniversary so she came back with a bottle of wine and a sweet card. She went above and beyond to make our stay special.

"Nautimme pienestä kuntosalista ja lämmitetystä ulkoaltaasta. Yhtenä päivänä vessa ei vetänyt kunnolla ja saimme sen kanssa heti apua, eikä ongelma palannut. Palvelua siis sai kun sitä tarvitsi, mutta olimme yllättyneitä passiivisesta kommunikaatiotyylistä. Yhtenä päivänä huonettamme ei oltu siivottu, emme tiedä miksi. Muuten olimme huoneen siisteyteen tyytyväisiä.
Perushyvä hotellikokemus, voisin suositella tai mennä uudestaan. Sijainti oli meille täydellinen, kun kaikki oli kävelymatkan päässä, mutta hotellin lähistöllä oli kuitenkin rauhallista. Useita hyviä ravintoloita alle vartin kävelymatkan päässä."
