”Decent hotel near the Las Rozas outlet villages. Everything was clean and there is a cafeteria style of restaurant serving food & drinks if needed. Parking was free and available as well. The hotel lacks a bit of character, but its conveniently located for the highways and shopping at Las Rozas. Other side of the hotel there is also Basque restaurant, if the hotels cafeteria is not enough. When driving and following the navigator instructions to the hotel, pay attention that the slip...

”Room was clean and staff were very helpful. The location was on a university campus so that was interesting. They were having an event so did not get to try the restaurant. There was a cafeteria nearby on the campus where one could get a meal. I had rented a plug-in hybrid car and they had two chargers there for use for free which wad a nice amenity. I chose it so I could be close to Madrid airport for my flight home. Overall it was a nice place and would recommend it.”

”The hotel and the room were beautiful and full of luxury. Room cleaning was in excellent level. Area was calm. Only few negative things: 1) not all the staff spoke fluent English. Sometimes there were problems with understanding. 2) The swimming pool was closed and it was one of the reasons why we chose the hotel. It was September, so perhaps their summer was over.”

”Great location on edge of town, close to bars, restaurants and hiking routes. 20 mins walk from train station, uphill, but frequent buses from train station take just a few minutes. Good sized, clean and comfortable rooms.”

”Staff is top notch . This hotel is my home in Madrid . I feel overly safe and trust me Fernando is the best staff I have ever dealt with . His patience and ability to help whenever he can . Close to super market and the designer out is a few minutes walk . ”
