One thing to note is the gravel road up to the house can be intimidating for those who aren't comfortable with it but it's definitely worth the trip. ”Location In town was good but will most likely not stay again. Very minimal amenities that most places have. I have lived in the valley 20 years and never had a house with so many spiders and earwigs inside. 3 nights and was in the house mainly for just sleeping and saw over 9 spiders not a fan. Couldn’t get anything to load with WiFi and had absolute zero service in town. So had to wait til I got home to write review. ”Beautiful property and nice shaded trees. The river was great to sit in and it was nice having Paonia only 5 minutes away. If Big B's is having live music next door, you will hear it, but it didn't bother me. George is very nice and a great host as well. Definitely will be coming back.”
