”The hotel definately has it's charm but with some facelifting the experience could be a lot better. The room I was offered was probaly renovated not after the 90's or even late 80's. The electrical wirings are also old - couldn't fit my standard grounded computer recharger in the power plugs of the room. ”Location is Ok, city bus stops next to hotel. Underground parking is OK too. Breakfast atmosphere is unique and breakfast good. The problem is that in the summertime this hotel is hot - no air conditioning. ”
”I had the best stay at Carlton, the location is perfect right by the metro, the staff was incredibly helpful, nice and polite and really made me feel welcome and the room was beautiful with a very comfortable bed. I cannot think of anything that could have made my stay better this time. The hotel restaurat also had absolutely delicious food! This would be my first choice for hotels for a new trip, and I would recommend it to all my friends.”

”Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre nuitée. L'hôtel est très bien situé au centre, littéralement au dessus de la station de tram. Notre chambre donnait sur le côté de l'hôtel, c'était très calme. La chambre était fonctionnelle et nous avons bien dormi. Tout le personnel est charmant et nous a beaucoup renseigné. "It is standard Ibis. Beds are nice, location great. But, third floor room was airless. Both me and my friend felt that we couldnt breathe. Something with the airventilation i guess. Kindly they let us change the room into a room where you can open the window.
