”I loved staying at this place!!! It's was extra clean and had luxury amenities. The staff was very nice and accommodating. This is a 5-Star hotel. It's a newly renovated old school-house turned into a hotel and it's in the cutest town about 20 miles away from the Gateway Arch in St Louis. I especially loved how the hotel kept the school-house theme throughout. The hallways have lockers with the names of classic books. ”Hotel has easy access to I-44 and is reasonably close to many St. Louis attractions. Lots of food choices in the area. Property well maintained and pretty quiet during our stay. Nice safe area.
The only problem we had was that apparently their policy is not to make up the rooms until after 3 days of your stay. This was never communicated until we asked about getting more coffee and fresh towels. Most other places we’ve stayed let you know that, so it was a little of a surprise. But our overall...

”El escusado estaba tapado cuando llegamos. Lo reporte al front desk para que me enviaran a alguien de mantenimiento. La respuesta no fue la que esperaba. Me dieron un destapacaños para que yo lo hiciera, y me comentaron que ya no tenían habitaciones disponibles por lo que ojalá que lo lograra destapar yo. Muy mal servicio, y más cuando el escusado ya estaba dañado antes que llegara yo.
La zona parece peligrosa, por la noche los huéspedes del cuarto de a lado no pararon de hacer ruido y hablar...

”I called at least a week in advance to reserve a specific executive room. I was told it will be on hold. I even called back a few days later to confirm the room and was told yes.. only to arrive to a completely different room than I asked for. Which was annoying and loud from highway noise. I don’t know what is going on but management and canonization at this establishment are beyond mediocre.
I requested a late check out and was never told that they are a suddenly charging late checkout...

”Horrible stay. Booked 3 nights and beds were hard as a rock. Bathroom is tiny and not vented. Staff was not helpful at all. Breakfast was typical but no plates. Had someone's scabs in our sheets and staff could careless. Won't ever stay at this hotel again. Not worth the money and staff was not helpful whatsoever!”
