”The king suite was missing the door to the bedroom.
The couch that folds out into a bed was a twin bed. The fitted sheet they gave us for the fold out bed had multiple stains on it.
The room was designed for ADA. The shower water went all over the bathroom floor. We didn’t have enough towels to clean it. Went to get more towels from the front desk and they didn’t have any.

”Best thing about this hotel is the staff. Super friendly, helpful, and personable. I’ve stayed here more than once for softball tournaments, price is reasonable so I guess you get what you pay for. Breakfast options are minimal, half the gym equipment is not operating, and there needs to be more of deep clean to things like lamps. ”Front desk staff literally visited with each other before anyone bothered to wait on me. And they knew I was standing there. Bad first impression for sure! Should have had a room w/2 beds & only had a king with a pullout couch. The mattress on the pullout was about maybe 3 inches thick & felt like it was made of cardboard. Definitely would not recommend this hotel especially because the room was about $400!!! ”
