”Pool had v limited hours. 10am to 5 pm only. Carpet in my room was not clean around furniture. Few outlets in the rooms and they were old and worn. Wouldn’t hold my computer plug. No fan in bathroom.. food was pretty good tho from the Brass Fork”

”When we arrived in our room, the smell of old rug welcomed us. Room is warm, I thought maybe because we just got in so i didnt mind, and this was at 4pm check in. Room is okay, decent, clean. So i turned the ac to 70 coz its still not cooling down and we went to the pool. Came back at 7pm and room still warm, went down to front desk and told them about the issue and they said theyll send engineering to check it while were gone to eat. i said okay, and when we came back at 10pm room is still warm...
