”They cancel my stay and I wasn’t notified. I was there at 10pm and the lady at the front desk told me my reservation was canceled in the morning. So I had to look for a place to stay with my kid at 11pm.

”The pool was closed and there was no spa I could find. The floor boards had gaps in the bathroom. There were earwigs on my bed and when I got a coffee at Starbucks one of them crawled out of the air hole. There was also on at the bottom of my coffee.
The whole complex seemed to be in the process of renovation. It was pretty sketchy.”

I liked that there was no carpet but the floors could have been cleaned better (didn't seem like they'd been mopped recently). Traveling with our 1 year old was easy because the room was fairly baby friendly.”
