”Outdoor pool was green and unusable. The suite was squeezed into a regular room. No room to walk around the sofa bed. No closet to hang anything because the frig and microwave were in the closet. One bathroom for six people. Beds were extra firm. Way over priced for a suite.”

”The hotel is amazing and the people at the front desk were also amazing. The woman that worked in the breakfast area was horrible and very, very rude. Apparently they had had many complaints about her but overall a great experience.”

”Staff at check-in was helpful. I had requested a room on the quiet side/away from the freeway, but the room assigned was on the freeway side. They quickly checked and found a different room on the parking lot side. Thank you! Unfortunately, the vent fan in the bathroom did not work! The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was typical and adequate. I stayed there for 9 days! Not once was the room serviced, the trash was never collected, towels never replaced!! I mentioned this...

”Parking and check in was easy. Desk staff was nice and efficient. This is a very economical place to stay and it looks like it, but I haven't had any problems with security, drama, or noise outside. This is a good place to stay for the money. It is hard to give it 5 stars it doesn't really look like they are trying for that, but we've stayed their twice and I'd be very comfortable choosing them again. I do recommend if you are on a budget.”

”Terrible, bizarre experience. From the many door keys not working to the lack of housekeeping cleaning. I paid for two nights but left after the first. Asked for one night refund and was denied.”

”While you are updating your rooms, I was put into a room that was using the old heating system. The room was stone cold when I entered, the heater never got it warm enough. I had to sleep with my fleece vest on. There were only two electrical receptacles. Of the four outlets, three were used for appliances (good that you had those appliances), so only one plug for my stuff. Legally, I believe you need a receptacle every 6', and on every wall. Finally, the wifi kept dropping, and it...

”The rooms were spacious, thoughtfully designed with all the amenities and was well maintained. Breakfast was an amazing spread of all things continental. Overall enjoyed our stay for a night. ”
