The hotel is not good; multiple things were wrong. After unpacking, discovered my TV was broken and had to change rooms. No matter how the temperature was set, the room was freezing. There was no room service. I was charged for the free breakfast. The only ice machine was in the lobby, so had to go down 18 floors to get some. Although there was a do not disturb sign on my door, maid service came in. There was a reading lamp on the headboard that didn't work and the general lighting was so dim, you needed it so could not read in bed. There was a store downstairs for food and snacks that sold frozen food you could microwave, but there was no microwave in the rooms.
