To check in I had to call a phone number, tell an automated system my name and what I wanted then wait to see if my call was accepted, talk to the person who said they would be right there. Had to wait another 9 minutes for them to show up. Got to the room and the tv only had sound, no picture. Had to walk back to the desk to tell them and a man came and tried to fix it but had to swap it out for another tv. There is also no ice but after telling the man he brought us some in...

”We came in late, after midnight, and check in was no problem. All i wanted was a crisp, clean bed. I got that! And I check closely. John was at the front desk and he was very accommodating. He made it very easy and anxiety-free. Everything i needed was in the room. The free breakfast was fabulous. We woke up hungry and they were ready for us. Eggs, bagels, toast, turkey and regular sausage, cereal, fresh fruit, juices, toast, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, pancakes, oatmeal, coffee, tea, milk and...

”Room was very clean, modern, and well appointed. Check-in was a breeze and staff were very polite. Had an issue with our tv remote and help arrived in less than 5 minutes. The complimentary breakfast included sausage, home fries, eggs, waffles, bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt, juice and more - very impressive and a great way to start our day. Used the pool prior to leaving and it was clean and 83 degrees with towels provided. Highly recommend.”

”Not a good place to stay. Seedy and run down. Room was clean as far as linens, floors, bathroom. Walls lampshades not so much. Some suspicious characters outside. I stayed overnight because my husband was in nearby major hospital. After stressful weeks of hospital visits, I thought I'd give this hotel a try for lower cost but it just added to an already stressful situation. Safety catch on door broken. Wasn't very confident the door lock would hold Never again.”

”We usually love splash magic. However this visit was not as great as other visits. First thing was they still have bingo listed as an activity. But they don’t do it anymore. Secondly the water slides were down a lot. Thirdly the adult hot tub is no longer in use. Fourthly every time my grandkids went to play mini golf (4 different times) there was no one there working. The snack bar by the pool was closed for hours yesterday to clean the fryer. I thought that should be done when it’s not open...

”This stay fit our needs for the night. The room was clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet for how close we were to a busy road. My daughter and I enjoyed the pool, had it all to ourselves, although some tiles are falling off and there was a bit of debris that needed cleaned out. Breakfast was decent.”
