The property was clean and staff was friendly. The property was a bit dated and the sink was rusting, the tub stopper would not stay up when hit with water from the shower, so tub kept filling. Also the railing on the stairs was creaking when I leaned on it when carrying my luggage up and down the stairs, so I did not use it after first touching for fear of accidentally breaking it. I would recommend staying at this property to others.

Pool hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time. It had a gross milky film on top of the water. There apparently was a basketball tournament in town and the kids were very rude, ran up and down the walkway making all kinds of nose until around 2:00 am. Complained but didn’t really help. At checkout I mentioned that we didn’t sleep due to the noise and the front said didn’t care and said ‘oh well’. PLUS the property hasn’t been maintained or repaired. Bathroom was disgusting. The air conditioner made the room very humid which seemed to trigger my RA. The only good thing was the bed was pretty comfortable.

The quality is not up to date for a room thats $100 per night. It's very outdated, the ceiling looks like it has water damage, the new carpet was just laid on top of old carpet, and the small appliances and tables are out of place with the cords stretched around. The bed was clean and comfortable and the shower was hot so that was good. Again, not place I'd expect to be right at $100 per night.

Disliked: Room smelled of smoke and we were in a ‘non-smoking room’ bed and pillows uncomfortable, bathroom small, shower tile dirty and shower rod loose, mini-fridge small and noisy, ice bucket small and no lid, A/C very noisy, unable to turn TV volume up enough to overcome noise from mini-fridge and A/C, TV reception poor, our room was on second floor and there was no elevator, “free breakfast” was waffles, milk and cereal, juice and yogurt, stair rails rusty and in need of paint and overhanging branches at eye level that had to be dodged. Will not stay there again.

Didn’t share WiFi password. Rude and dismissive at checkout (talking on phone with another staff). Shower and toilet in disrepair. Very noisy guest next door yelling (even banging on my door once). Rag-like towels. Breakfast was a waffle maker in the corner of lobby. Convenient to campus. Cold AC. Nothing much positive to say.

The hotel room was solid and quiet. I was impressed how quiet, given that our room fronted on the main street. Definitely not new, but mostly in decent repair. Fair for the price. This was honestly the worst hotel breakfast I've ever had. Waffles made from grey goop that resembled batter. Bad coffee, orange juice, Dannon yogurt, two varieties of bad dry cereal. No bread, butter, jam, no pastries, no fruit, no eggs or sausage. Nothing remotely fresh except the yogurt.

This hotel has great value. It is an older hotel and a little beat up, but it's well run, clean, safe and the staff is great I would highly recommend it for the price.

I have two children, one already in Texas AM, and the other one joining TAMU in the Fall. Will stay in the same hotel again whenever visiting College Station - good price, friendly staff, good location, clean and quite room. The TV is not big but good quality. It even has the Tennis Channel.

Pleasant experience
Quiet location, even near a busy street. This is an older property that shows its age, but it is comfortable and reasonably priced. Room was clean, & the microfridge was convenient. A wide variety of dining choices are nearby, and it is near TAMU.

HOTEL should be Condemned!
This hotel is OLD, needs to be closed. Maintenace is not kept up, Walls all have cracks, water damage, things falling off the walls. Thats just inside the room, outside more of the same. Also, we could get a better breakfast at the gas station.
