Broken coffee pot, no replacement available. No coffee available at 6:30 am so had to spend $25 to DoorDash from Starbucks.
Check in was quick and staff nice, but we were put in an accessible room bc hotel was full, which the bathroom is terrible bc it’s a big open space for wheelchair, with such a tiny counter and sink that a dopp kit didn’t even fit next to sink.the beds were comfortable, but that does not make up for the other issues.
Room smelled musty and felt damp.
For $475, HUGE disappointment. Will not go back.
