The Space:
You’ll have the entire house to yourself during your stay (with the exception of the locked second floor and a few storage areas), but don’t worry—there’s plenty of storage space for all your belongings.

*3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms provide ample room for families or groups.
***The master bedroom features a king-size bed.
***The first bedroom offers a full-size bed, while the second bedroom has a queen-size bed.
***A convenient air mattress is also available for additional sleeping arrangements in the living room.

*Ceiling fans are located in every bedroom, and there’s an additional portable fan and white noise machine available for your comfort, stored in the reading nook or master bedroom.

*The kitchen comes fully equipped with Silestone countertops, an electric stove, a built-in oven, and a cozy eating bar. Essentials such as pots, pans, condiments, and a coffee bar stocked with K-pods, tea bags, hot chocolate, flavored creamers, and various sweeteners are included. Use the coffee cups hanging by the bar or in the glass cabinets, and savor your drink on the patio as you enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

*The sunken living room creates a warm, welcoming ambiance with its brick fireplace, ceiling beams, and large windows that flood the room with natural light. Relax here while enjoying the view of the pool and the tranquil garden. In the evening, the gentle glow from the garden lights adds to the serene atmosphere.

*A charming reading nook under the staircase is stocked with a small library and games for all ages.

*The 20x40 fully screened pool (3-8 feet deep, chlorine) is perfect for swimming, while the private hot tub offers a great spot to unwind. The garden lights surrounding the pool and hot tub come on automatically at sunset and turn off shortly after 10:00 pm, adding a magical touch to the evening.

*The wood-burning firepit and gas grill on the deck make it easy to enjoy outdoor meals and cozy nights.

*The outdoor refrigerator, located near the hot tub, is available to keep your drinks and snacks cool while you relax outside.

Parking:
Plenty of parking is available, with space for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. A no-parking sign ensures that only your group uses the designated parking areas.

Security:
For your peace of mind, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras overlooking the entrance and driveway, which record audio and video, as well as over the pool and backyard gates.

House Details:
We’ve made sure to provide everything you need for a comfortable stay:

*Smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms (excluding the "Aggie Room") are pre-loaded with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney Plus. You’re welcome to log into your own accounts.

*Extra pillows, blankets, and towels are available in the first bedroom closet, living room basket, and hall closet.

*Luggage racks are in each bedroom, and closet space is available in the entryway and first bedroom.

*The bathrooms are stocked with essentials such as hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Extra towels can be found under the sink and in the hall closet.
