One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was the pool, as we were in town for a kids’ baseball tournament and wanted our children to have a way to relax and unwind after a long day of games. Unfortunately, the pool was out of service during our stay, which was a major inconvenience.

”i was in room 101 next to an exit door,. there was a lot of traffic there. I observed people smoking marijuana, I also observed guests putting rocks in the doorway to keep the door open. I see that as a safety hazard for the guests. My room was on the ground floor, when i opened the shade in the early morning, there were people standing there loitering in front of my window. My stay was not a good experience”

”I was disappointed in this hotel. I booked this hotel as a halfway point to break up a long drive, and I specifically booked it because it has a pool. We got there, and the pool was out of service. By the looks of it, it was not opened at all this summer, so it should not have been listed as having a pool. Had I known, I would have booked elsewhere.
