”Very quiet, amazing property. Our room had two bedrooms, three toilets, full kitchen with dishwasher and coffee maker. Dining room. With terrace seating for eight. All built on the site of a 12th century monistary. Restaurant was excellent for both dinner and breakfast. Views from every window. Would make for amazing family holiday. You need a vehicle!”

”Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette très jolie demeure isolée ,assez atypique , parfaite pour une famille nombreuse ,où entre amis . Les deux espaces de vie sont appréciés, notamment par les enfants , adolescent et jeunes adultes qui ont ainsi pu trouver leur indépendance. La piscine est très agréable les jours de forte chaleur . ”we all loved the property. It was just what we wanted an authentic Italian farmhouse to relax and refresh in. The pool was well maintained by a local who checked in everyday to see that things were Ok. We had everything we needed and would recommend this property if you want to enjoy a slice of real Italy away from crowds and the usual Tourist spots.Fantastic views and a stunning location.”

”Nous avons passé une petite quinzaine de jours dans cette magnifique propriété, une ancienne bergerie rénovée. Les extérieurs sont magnifiques. Le jardin est planté de nombreux arbres fruitiers, la piscine est extrêmement agréable et protégée par les arbres. Des terrasses extérieures permettent de prendre l’apéritif ou les repas à l’ombre des tilleuls où d’une pergola recouverte de vigne. ”Everyone at Casa Giulia is amazing and so nice! We stayed here with family and hosted an intimate wedding of 40 people. Francesca was incredibly helpful leading up to the wedding (a mere 4 months before the stay). She coordinated all vendors and details. Francesca and all staff helped during the entirety of the stay and we are so grateful. The villa itself is enchanting and beautiful! The grounds are kept and picturesque. We could not have imagined a better place to start the rest of our lives!...

”Prachtig gelegen in het buitengebied van het mooie Spoleto. Rust en ruimte. Vrij uitzicht vanuit het gras naast de voordeur. Binnen ruimte genoeg. Verbeterpuntje: het installeren wifi, geen bereik en alleen wifi in de hoek van de tuin naar de buren. Ontdekking: behalve het meer bekende stadje Trevi ook het pittoreske Vallo di Nera ontdekt.”

”We have stayed before in Villa in Italy but this one is above any expectations. The house is stunning, the owner and people who take care of the place were super responsive and lovely to deal with. House could use some door screens (I think they are installing them) and maybe a few little things for the kitechen (we were a group of foodies who loves to cook) but they offered to get what we need and I can not imagine a better place. Location was great as it was 30 min walk to center of Folinio...

”Schönes Haus auf einer Gelände-Terrasse am Dorfrand gelegen mit wunderbarem Blick über die grünen Hügel und auf Nocera UUmbra. Grosszügige Aussenanlage. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Parco di Colfiorito und für Besuche in kleinen Orten wie Gubbio, Assisi, Nocera Umbra, Foligno. Ohne Auto geht es allerdings nicht.
