”The cabin was lovely with lots of room and comfortable beds. Getting up the switchbacks was a bit difficult but thankfully the SUV we were in made it up. No tv available during our stay as it wouldn’t connect to the internet but luckily we all had some sort of e device. Overall lovely place and very clean,”

”Everything was clean and ready for us. Was a cold week but still nice and warm with the gas logs. Kitchen was supplied with utensils and cooking equipment.

”Jose was an amazing host! We had opportunity to chat with him as we were checking in and he was very responsive to any questions. We were very impressed with how clean the cabin was. The location was convenient to attractions and restaurants in Blowing Rock and Boone. We enjoyed listening to the train horn from the Tweetsie Railroad, the natural setting, and watching the deer graze in the backyard.”

”There was no cooktop or AC in bedroom. The shared deck didn’t look like pictures and when a whole family was in the next unit, there was no privacy on it. Could only stream on TV. Location was OK but couldn’t walk to Blowing Rick.”

”Beautiful, secluded cabin. All rooms were clean and comfortable. They mean what they say about the drive up - you have to be comfortable driving mountain gravel secondary roads (I would add "steep uphill" to that description). The view from the deck is amazing! Communication with the hosts was great. The location is convenient for day trips to Boone and downtown Blowing Rock.We arrived during the hottest heat wave of the summer (so far) so did not use the fireplace, but did use the hot tub,...
