”We realized the first morning we were at the hotel that the shower water was cold. My husband asked at the front desk and immediately we were assisted. The shower needed a new part, so they gave us a suite for the rest of our trip.”
”Just there for a quick overnight stay. The person who checked me in was so cheerful and kind. She informed me of all the amenities and gave me a bottle of water and cookie to take to my room. I don't have a single coplaint about my room. Will definitely check into staying here again if needed.”

When we got into the room, it was a worn out but functional. No coffee machine thou. A lot of stains on the carpets and furnitures. There seems to be a lot of personnel, but nobody (apart from the receptionist) seemed to be busy or active.
Breakfast was the biggest joke - there was no coffee and only limited types of food available after 9 AM. The second morning, coffee ran out already at 8:45....

”Holiday Inn hotels are nice and clean outside and inside. You get what you are expected to get. This one was no exception :) There was also swimming pool and breakfast was good.”

There is a lof of staff, but nobody seemed to be flexible with their assignments. This leads to the fact that there were several staff members hanging around but nobody was taking care of the breakfast. Maybe this is a HR issue, but very unfortunate."
